These Terms govern your access to and use of Winkio, an AI story chat and companion app operated by ArtVibe Hong Kong Limited. By using Winkio, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
Winkio is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the service. If you do not meet this requirement, do not use Winkio.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, device, login credentials, prompts, uploaded content, and activity in Winkio. Keep your account information accurate and secure. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is used for fraud, abuse, illegal conduct, or violation of these Terms.
AI content
Winkio uses AI systems to generate fictional companion chat, story responses, images, videos, and other creative content. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unexpected. AI characters are not real people and should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
User content
You retain rights you have in prompts, messages, uploaded media, character definitions, and other content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, display, modify, and use that content as needed to operate, protect, improve, and provide Winkio and related features.
Prohibited use
- Do not use Winkio for illegal, exploitative, harassing, hateful, deceptive, violent, or abusive activity.
- Do not upload or request sexual content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor.
- Do not upload private media of another person without the rights and consent required by law.
- Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of others.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass security, or interfere with Winkio or its backend systems.
- Do not attempt to use the service to generate regulated professional advice or emergency instructions.
Credits, purchases, and subscriptions
Winkio may offer credits, subscriptions, premium access, or other paid features. Credits and virtual items have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be used only inside Winkio. Purchases made through Google Play or Apple App Store are subject to the relevant store rules. Unless required by law or store policy, purchases are final once delivered to your account.
Refunds and cancellation
Subscription cancellation must be handled through the app store account used for purchase. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Refund requests for app store purchases must be submitted through the relevant store unless we are legally required to process them directly.
Safety and enforcement
We may review, remove, restrict, or report content and accounts when needed to operate Winkio, enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or prevent harm. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Disclaimers
Winkio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtVibe Hong Kong Limited and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from Winkio.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
