Request deletion of your Winkio account
This page explains how to request deletion of your Winkio account and related data from ArtVibe Hong Kong Limited. The request applies to the Winkio mobile app listings on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and to accounts authenticated with Google, Apple, anonymous Firebase sign-in, or another supported login method.
How to request deletion
- Open the Winkio app, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account.
- Send the request email from the login email associated with your account when possible, or include your Winkio user ID so we can verify the account.
- You can also email us directly at support@yes366.com with the subject "Delete my Winkio account".
What we delete
- Your account profile, login-linked identifiers, and app preferences.
- Your private chat history, prompts, generated content history, and saved creation records.
- Your uploaded reference media and personal files stored for Winkio creation workflows.
- Your creator identity on user-created characters or public content, where technically feasible.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, tax, legal compliance, dispute handling, or abuse investigation. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes and are not used to provide a personalized Winkio experience after deletion.
Timing
We usually process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some backups, logs, payment records, or legally required records may take longer to expire according to normal retention schedules.
